*Before anything else, you need a map. This module gives you the landscape — what neurodivergence is, how it shows up, why it’s often missed, and why the way we talk about it matters.*

*…Finally, a name for what you’ve always felt.*

**Course Description (sales page)**

If you’ve spent most of your life wondering why things feel harder for you than they seem to for everyone else — this course is for you.

Know Your Brain is the starting point. It’s built for people who are newly exploring neurodivergence, recently diagnosed, or finally coming home to something they’ve quietly suspected for years. You don’t need a formal diagnosis to be here. You just need curiosity and a willingness to look at yourself with honesty and compassion.

Over five modules and twenty lessons, you’ll learn what neurodivergence actually means, why self-discovery matters, how identity-affirming care changes outcomes, and how to start understanding your brain’s unique strengths and patterns. This isn’t about fixing yourself. It’s about understanding yourself — maybe for the first time.

**Who This Course Is For**

Adults who recently received an autism or ADHD diagnosis or are in the process of exploring one.

People who have been self-identifying as neurodivergent and want a structured framework to deepen that understanding.

Anyone who has spent years feeling like they’re working twice as hard just to keep up — and finally wants to know why.

**What You’ll Walk Away With**

A clear, grounded understanding of what neurodivergence is — and isn’t.

Language for experiences you’ve had but never been able to name.

An honest look at your brain’s strengths alongside its challenges.

A foundation for the self-advocacy work that comes next.
