🎲 **NEUROQUEST IS OPEN FOR ENROLLMENT**

What if you didn't have to just *talk* about doing things differently?

What if you could actually try?

I'm opening a new virtual RPG-based therapy group for neurodivergent adults beginning **September 15th**.

In NeuroQuest, we use characters, storytelling, choices, challenges, and collaborative play to explore the things that show up outside the game too:

Getting stuck. Overthinking. Rejection sensitivity. Boundaries. Executive functioning. Emotional regulation. Perfectionism. Asking for help. Navigating other people without losing yourself in the process.

And here's the interesting part:

**Your character gets to try it first.**

Make the choice. Take the risk. Get it wrong. Recover. Try another strategy.

Then we figure out what might actually work in your real life.

You do **not** need to know D&D or RPGs.

You do **not** need a formal autism or ADHD diagnosis.

And you definitely don't need to be good at traditional group therapy.
