"NeuroQuest" is our run of Inner Quest™, a tabletop role-playing system built specifically for therapeutic work via human interaction and the impact of gaming in a clinical setting for growth.

I'm opening a new virtual RPG-based therapy group for neurodivergent adults beginning September 15th.

In NeuroQuest, we use characters, storytelling, choices, challenges, and collaborative play to explore the things that show up outside the game too:

Getting stuck. Overthinking. Rejection sensitivity. Boundaries. Executive functioning. Emotional regulation. Perfectionism. Asking for help. Navigating other people without losing yourself in the process.

And here's the interesting part:

Your character gets to try it first.

Make the choice. Take the risk. Get it wrong. Recover. Try another strategy.

Then we figure out what might actually work in your real life.

You do not need to know D&D or RPGs.

You do not need a formal autism or ADHD diagnosis.

And you definitely don't need to be good at traditional group therapy.
